Finally, we are transitioning to handle work orders from a national PP. Out of the blue after 3 months of waiting for orders, they flood my inbox w/ work orders. I am happy, more work & hopefully more $$$. We have been doing construction and working PP w/ only Brokers and realtors. Since I am a realtor as well, I have access to the lockboxes to get into the proerties and perfrom the work. Now, I am being asked to work @ at few properties that do not have lockboxes. The work order says use key XXXXX. I see them online to order, but I want one like today. Can anyone share where I need to go...Online, locksmith, ???? help.
Linda I had your email address but I did not want to email you w/o you know that I was gonna ask this question. I looked all over but I only see them online. Thanks

Check with your local locksmith. They may want proof that you're authorized to have this key code.

It's the quickest way I know of.

Linda

I am experiencing a similar problem. I have contacted a houston company for inspection and maintenance work and they require rekeys to be of a kwikset series 400 type t, p, or v lock and its codes. What exactly are the codes they are asking for and where can i get the locks?

For good lock prices and all the items that you need to re-key or other contractor items we have been doing business with MFS Supply
