I'm a former web developer who realizes that I can make better use of my time keeping focus on my Real Estate business... So I'm looking at the Providers offering templated websites for Real Estate agents and Mortgage Brokers..

Does anyone use anyone like Advanced Access, A' La Mode, iHouse2000? Something with a templated site that I get "buy" but modify to me specific needs? Note, I do not want to sit down and design a site with a web developer. It takes too long and costs too much. I can modify a template site myself using HTML, scripting, etc...

Feedback on the services that you use? IDX capabilities, "Office Listings", secure pages for clients, flexibility for modifications, ease in setup, canned options...

A URL would be helpful as I find they are the best way to see how a service is being used.

Yeah, we do. Check out our Las Vegas Real Estate site. Its hosted by Advanced Access. We've had it for about 4 years now. Its number one on google for Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and Boulder City real estate. They give you the tools to succeed, but it will be a lot of work.

Becuase there is such a large variety you can choose from I suggest you check them all out. Some of them will offer a 30 day free trial and some will not so in order to test them all you may have to spend some money.
