I'm working on a post card in regards to exchanging. (the 1031 type)
I want to say IRC __ 1031. In the space I want to put the little "double 'S' offset mark. (That little squiggly mark just prior to the regulation. Can anyone help me on that one?
Or do I need a different type of keyboard?

At first glance, all I can suggest is a character editor. Try going Start, Run, type in: eudcedit and one should open then just follow the instructions for creating the kind of mark you want to make. Hope that helps :p By the way did you find your green food coloring to make the beer green for St. Patty's Day?

Assuming you're on windows...

Press and hold the ALT key and then type the numbers 0167. Let go of the ALT key and the symbol will appear.
