Have been running Top Producer 6i for years. It is now on my 4th computer, a Toshiba Satellite laptop. All of a sudden I can't get the program to open. And, dumb me, I haven't backed up lately. Has anyone had this happen to them and if so how did you get the program to run again. My laptop is running XP if that matters.

I am having similar problems (can't get into TP) and suspect I will have to reformat my hard drive. It looks like you have reinstalled Tp 6i several times so hopefully you can offer me some tips. I have backed up tp but not exported it to csv.

Does TP have a limit on the reinstallations? Will I be able to install it on a new drive with the same operating system (windows xp). Anything else I need to know?

Top Producer used to have a limit on re-installations - 3. I am not sure if it still does. Their support was always happy to give you more re-installations so the limit was never a really a problem.
