I have a buyer interested in an REO from Bidselect. When we first put in our offer the listing was at $64k we offered $55k cash (this is all my buyer has available), it was a no go. Then they sent me an email that the listing price was reduced to $61k so we offered again the $55k, it was countered, I asked my buyer about offering a little bit more she said no. The property is still available, I was wondering if I should put in another $55k offer? Any suggestions? I thought they would accept the offer & the listing agent was also surprised. Prices have dropped significantly in this area & this is not an FHA approved property which is popular in this area.
