Hello carol. Caught only the tale end of your thread. Can you tell me what is a short sale calculator? I have been doing short sales over 12 years and have never heard of this. Maybe it is somehthing I can use in my business to close deals quicker. Also, I see you are a WAMU mitigator? But then I see Realtor? Explain
