Family members are relocating to NJ area from Germany in May and they are looking to purchase near the shore. Here are some specific desires:

Close to shore
No neighborhood dependence on Fort Monmouth base
Single family with two car garage and basement
Bank foreclosures or new construction

Please recommend any realtors or companies in the area. Looking for a quick close and this sale will happen because I live in Manhattan (Columbia University student) and will care for property after their departure from NJ in a couple of years.
