The page looks good, one of the things I would do is make the description and keyword meta tags specifc to that page. Seems like right now you have the same thing as you have in your home page.

I'm guessing that page has to be in a frame?

Nice work on the site. One thing I would recommend is to try to shorten up the navigation choices on the left. It is a little overwhelming when you enter. Could you perhaps group them? For example, instead of listing 'Las Vegas', 'Henderson', 'Summerlin', etc. could you have one navigation on the left called 'Neighborhoods' or 'Listing Areas'. This would help to make the navigation more concise and you would be able to prevent the scrolling on the left frame.
