Would someone(s) please recommend one or more really good MLS services to me (other than MRIS.COM and its Matrix and Keystone newcomers)? I am having untold difficulty accessing and exporting absentee owner information from mris.com/matrix in a CSV format within MS Excel. I cannot simultaneously get both the Absentee Owner's (AO's) current mailing address AND his/her property's address within the same exported file; I have to choose one or the other, therefore I am not able to further export the info into my database software (my DBA does not use AdobePrintShop, so we can't merge these data)! / I have been told about www.searchthenationalmls.com, and I will check it out. FYI, I do real estate in Western Maryland and the Eastern Panhandle of WV, primarily. I am licensed also in VA. So, I need MLS coverage over all of MD, PA, WV, and VA, at least. Thanks!

http://www.searchthenationalmls.com is a cheap hustle for www.HomeGain.com.

If you're a Realtor you must aware there is no national MLS system or even a wide reaching area one covering 1 state let alone the ones you listed.

Instead there are over 900 separate MLS systems, some run by Realtor Associations and some functioning as private entities.

Generally each MLS system provides their own vendor, i.e. MarketLinx, Rapatoni, FNIS, etc. and there is no option to use others with these MLSs'.

Jim Lee, thanks for your information/advice. I'm forwarding a copy of it to the DBA who told me I should shop for another MLS system! Your info has effectively ended my quest for one! Thanks again.
