do any of you know if any commercial RE companies in sacramento, CA is hiring now?
i got my broker's license yr ago and been working as retail leasing and investment sales agent.
i have accumilated 10 listings and was able to close 10 transactions in last 7months. these are all lease transactions but i did come in contact with several buyers and sellers.

I just completed the Intro CCIM course. now that i'm trained how to crunch #'s, i'm going to concetrate more on buyers and sellers.

i have B.S.degree with real estate major.
Once i get CCIM courses completed, thinking about join up with a partner and open a franchise.

currently i have 4 clients im representing, not big, but still better than nothing.

i've always been thought of representing investors from oversees and i'm currently working with a client who has some connections. also, i'm helping him to find a space for his grocery market in greater sacramento area.

right now i feel that i still need some mentoring and coaching, self studying, and practical field experience.

you seem to have a lot to offer; from what I've experienced with the large local or national companies they want to restrict your territory or concentrate on just industrial leasing, etc..thats why I took a pass, but did network with the guys I met in the business

Not sure who's hiring in Sacramento...I'm Philly based. But, when you think about opening a franchise (a commercial RE franchise I'm presuming)...check out Sperry Van Ness. I don't work for them, but I just know they are purely commercial RE and are a franchise driven business. Not too many out there...
