I would like to make my own flyers showcasing homes that I have listed etc. My first question is what program is the best to use for this purpose? Also, are there any web sites that may have sample formats etc. for making a flyer for real estate etc.

by 'best' I'll assume reasonably priced and relatively easy to learn. MS Word. Nothing fancy but you probably already own and use it.

I've used Microsoft Publisher for 7 years or so and it's a breeze to create flyers, post cards, etc.

In fact, there are a ton of templates freely available on the web. You can get some nice free flyer templates from the Microsoft Office web site. Basically, just fill in the blank and replace the stock photos with your own.

Although not free, I just bought a template pack from stocklayouts.com with some nice stuff. I wanted a new look. We are in the process of redesigning our logo & stock layouts has assisted us.

2003 Publisher...its a must have staple in the Realtors toolbox.

jeees, can't you create simple flyers using ms word? however if you want to manage with many pictures and add some specific effects to those flyers you'll need better than this.
