To be fair they do have a $50 a month package plus a cheaper basic solution.

But for $50 I'd rather use TP.

We tried eNeighborhoods out... The interfacing with out MLS was downright horrible. The CMAs weren't anything that we couldn't do through our MLS software (Prospector).

eNeighborhoods did a huge pitch through our MLS but it seems to have died down. All I can assume is lack of interest.

So we opted to stay with one source and tool, our MLS.

They were nice about giving me a refund. The woman asked if there was anything she can do to keep me as a customer. I could only say, "Fix your product so it works." Sorry, but I couldn't use it the entire time because of the error. I'm glad I didn't publicize the website or I would have had some clients lose faith in me.

sorry to bring up an old topic but...

you mean you would rather use tp for $35 a month and get a full contact manager, cma, referral handler, lead handler, plus 50 other use full items, including a buyer presentation.

Every single agent in our office stopped using them. Some started using tp7i and love it.

I even came from act 2004 w/ rtm add on and switched to tp7i. Also have used agentoffice.

Like jim says agentoffice and tp are the heaver hitters, and IF utilized right, youre not going to find anything to come close.
