I have used eNeighborhoods for several years and have been very happy with it. You can do great CMA's with it and relocating clients are impressed by the information you are able to provide them. Some new features have just been added that enhances some areas.

I've used it for a number of years and I think it's a marvelous tool. First of all you get a neat little web page that lets potential buyers and sellers sign up for bi-monthly newsletter with your name and contact info all over. They send it automatically; you do nothing. http://jlee4.homelog.com It has the most recent sales around the address people sign up for. I use the monthly CD to print info for a "Home Book" I put in each of my listings that gives neighborhood demographics, schools info, and lots of other useful stuff to potential buyers. You can also do a side by side comparison of a neighborhood someone from another city is moving from to a neighborhood they're considering buying in. I sold a million dollar home around 4 years ago with this feature. Personally I think http://www.eneighborhoods.com/ is a pretty good deal. ------------------ Jim Lee, CRS, ABR, GRI, e-PRO Realty Executives Associates Knoxville, Tennessee http://www.KnoxvilleMLS.com Jim@KnoxvilleMLS.com 1999 REALTOR of the year, Knoxville Association of REALTORS I am not an attorney, I am not your attorney, and I am not giving you any legal advice. I signed up for the free trial and it never worked on my site. It always comes up with an error when someone tries to search for comps. I'm going to try to get my money back even though I did like the CMA tool. My board provides CMA report tools that are integrated with our MLS as part of our membership, so I may just stick with that.

I sent them an email today to cancel service. Not sure why I should pay $90 a month to have a product that doesn't work. I still get an error when I try to get neighborhood reports. It would be a great product if it worked, but will make you look pretty incompetent when the user can't obtain their free report via the website. I stopped using the site about a month ago. Try my site for yourself. Maybe reports work in your zipcode.

One of their salespeople came to do a dog and pony show for a training session we had last week. She couldn't even get it to work.

To be fair they do have a $50 a month package plus a cheaper basic solution.
But for $50 I'd rather use TP.

We tried eNeighborhoods out... The interfacing with out MLS was downright horrible. The CMAs weren't anything that we couldn't do through our MLS software (Prospector).
eNeighborhoods did a huge pitch through our MLS but it seems to have died down. All I can assume is lack of interest.
So we opted to stay with one source and tool, our MLS.

They were nice about giving me a refund. The woman asked if there was anything she can do to keep me as a customer. I could only say, "Fix your product so it works." Sorry, but I couldn't use it the entire time because of the error. I'm glad I didn't publicize the website or I would have had some clients lose faith in me.

But for $50 I'd rather use TP. [/QB]
sorry to bring up an old topic but... you mean you would rather use tp for $35 a month and get a full contact manager, cma, referral handler, lead handler, plus 50 other use full items, including a buyer presentation. Every single agent in our office stopped using them. Some started using tp7i and love it. I even came from act 2004 w/ rtm add on and switched to tp7i. Also have used agentoffice. Like jim says agentoffice and tp are the heaver hitters, and IF utilized right, youre not going to find anything to come close.
