Hello everyone. I am just getting my biz underway. I never knew there was a lot of requirements for forming an LLC. I went to
http://mycorporation.intuit.com and used their free offer. Now I am getting a few e-mails informing me that there are certain things I need to file such as an Annual & Initial Report. They will do this for me for an additional 69 dollars for each. I am wondering for those of you in California who have a LLC. What did you have to file and pay for? Any input if appreciated.
