This is a pre-release announcement for a full featured, open source, real estate listings management system (RAPIDx) designed for rapid real estate web development, scalability, portability and IDX management. RAPIDx is not a fork of any existing program rather it is an efficient development model built with object-oriented (OO) components and CRUD functionality.

The underlying philosophy is for the listing management objects to integrate seamlessly with weblogs, template systems and content management tools.

the ability of client to have properties emailed to them based on zip codes or cities and other vatriablles like type of home, etc.

it is looking great and I am sure will get lots of support when released
