Can anyone point me to any online support sites for Top Producer. I'm not getting much help from their tech support and I have issuses I need ironing out.

I just did a google group search for Top Producer and got 153 messages for "Top Producer" at http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&group=alt.real-estate-agents
You may also want to do the same for Yahoo groups. It's a start.

The company doesn't normally post to the Yahoo board, however. Technical part of their profits and the want you to purchase a yearly support agreement with them for technical support.

Try joining this group we started for TP users. There are over 660 Realtors, trainers, and everyday users here and they can answer most every question. And the price is right too: FREE!

I just use OUTLOOK 2003 with Plaxo.com can't beat it, its all free.

I hate Top Producer, its too buggy and a resource hog. Features that should be standard are extra (like network support). They have a patch for it, but you can't download it....you have to pay for it. They claim its just for shipping, etc. Suppposedly it will fix some of the bugs. You may want to bite the bullet and order it if you haven't. You can check your version in the login screen.
