I am a student am am writing PocketPC / Windows CE software. I am interested in the Real Estate Market and wondering what kind of tool you use. I have looked around a lot and found tehre are a lot of little tools, the ones I have tried don't always work.

So I am looking for people opinion about PDA tools and their usefullness. Do you use these fancy calculators on your PDA or just wait till you get to a desktop to run the numbers. Do client really want numbers right aways or is it better to get back to them with the number? Are these Client Information programs worth what you pay or is Pocket Outlook just as good?
