With a budget of 300k-700k Which condo or housing project in bandar sunway would be the best choice? Is the area easy to find tenants? Bandar Sunway is a self contain area which consist of Sunway University, Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, Sunway Hospital etc etc...
