I took a quick look at your site and it looks good. Only thing I suggest changing is the way your name views in your heading. To me it appears off center and partially on your photo.
Other than that, looks like you have done a great job.

I would only say that you have sometimes just a few seconds to connect with a prospect that surfs to your site.

In my opinion ... there's too much text to truly see what you've got to say. Maybe try more bullet points and pare the text down to the minimum on the first page to hook them and then let them learn more by clicking through your site.

Looks good - one suggestion would be, since you do have a lot of text, your Menu bar gets lost (for me it did) because it's the same size of your body text. The menu also has a background behind it that kind of blends everything together and makes it look like its not there.

Would hate for people to miss all the valuable information you have on your site.
