[b] [/b] I am about to s tart real estate sales lic classes but have a concern. Having just survived a very messy 3 year divorce, my credit is trashed. I have always had great credit and paid my bills so this is devastating to me. I will more than likely be filing BK as a result of this and want to know if you have a credit check when you get a realestate sales license in Michigan.The last thing I can afford to do is pay for the classes and not get the license. Thanks
