I am looking at selling 10 acres of Commercial/Industrial land. This area is already zoned and very popular. Will I need an agent to sell it or can I do this myself with the help of a real estate attorney?

I would check local laws. Your attorney can easily find out for you. In Nevada, you would be able to do so yourself.

Since you are asking this question I would definately recommend getting an agent with commercial experience. There is more to selling commercial property than just the zoning. Many commercial agents have past clients that may be looking for a dev opportunity and you land might be the answer so why limit your options by giving it the limited exposure. Hire a professional and with commercial property you will be glad you did just that!
