Do they need to be domestic or will you consider international projects? I have a prime project in Mexico. Let me know.

Best bet is to find failed projects that are underwater and pending foreclosure. There are plenty of banks trying to liquidate their development liens, which is a backdoor way of getting into some of these deals.
