Brad, thats a good living, thats like selling a $300K home a month for 12 months without the worries of the deal going kabloom.
Actually its better than that because I rarely have to deal with people.
My goal is to do BPOs FT for the next 20-25 years and NEVER sell a house again. I know when the market finally corrects itself, the BPO buiz will slow down but I don't care. I would rather make $40-$50K a year doing BPOs than more selling homes. I'm just not a salesperson I guess, and enjoy the analitical work much more!
