5.4 bpos a day. No wonder you don't want to or have the time to do sales.

About 3 years ago I hit around 1200 and it was insane. That's all I did all year, basically. There were no reos. Most years is 800 or 900. This year I'd like to hit 800.

I did my first one in 2000. Regular camera, typewriter, glued pics on a piece of paper. Faxed in results and overnighted the original directly to the lender. When companies went to word doc forms it was like sliced bread. Not as many mills back then. You worked directly for CW or whoever. I am sure some old timers know more about it than I do. I was a plebe then, just doing the grunt work. Now I am in charge, still doing the grunt work.

First BPO.....1980...bank calls....gives address.....I drive by.....see house has 4 walls and a roof....no pics...go back to office....check county records for tax rolls...add 10% (county was always behind 10% in values)...type short letter on company stationary indicating value....again no pics and no comps....mailed letter to bank.....bank sent me check for $45 within 10 days....much has changed since then, except our current pay....I guess this dates me.....lol

Dang Alan, You are a high roller! I want to be like you when I grow up. My Active and prelist are pretty weak at the moment... I hope to build them up in the coming weeks as some of my escrows close

I just did a CFK tonight. They were lucky I am nice... they tried to get away with taking out the range/oven despite the fact that I told them that all fixtures were to remain. I gave them 2 hours to put it back or find a replacement or no dough. They found a crappy replacement.

54 properties total, 85-105 bpos per month. I would have had well over 60 properties if I didnt lose so many to ahmsi.

*edit* make that 55 just got another fnma.

6 listed with 4 in escrow and 1 in pre-list. I average about 60 bpo's a month. My inventory is way down, I usually average around 20 properties.

10 listed, 3 in escrow, 5 prelists. I average around 80 BPOs monthly. I too am low on inventory since losing 17 assets from CRL to AHMSI. Averaged around 25 properties at any given time last year.
