ill be structuring my own mortgage notes and land contracts pretty soon. whats your criteria? also can you buy at close of escrow if i were to wholesale my contract?

ill be working with land trusts so another option is to buy out the beneficial interest

if i had a commercial deal and the property was placed into an LLC, would you be interested in buying out the entity itself?

What about second mortgages.

Lately I have had a few deals where the seller hold a small second. If that is something you do I can ask my sellers and if they are interested I can email you their contact informtion.
