Yep I think you're on the right track. I may be a little too popular if I post in the introduction form. I know the inventory is down across the nation and everybody is looking for the way in. It is definitely a tough game right now. I'm not necessarily on here to look for new brokers, but more to answer any questions about what the asset managers may be looking for or why things happen the way they do from an outsourcer point of view
Oh and Biyobe is also a nickname that I'm not really known by in the office/industry so I think it should be fine to use online here :)
So, how about some listings for northeast Florida, B' ;)
Just kidding, but welcome to the forums. :D Definitely going to be a help to understanding the process from the other side of the fence.
(But I wasn't seriously joking, I wouldn't mind some more listings.)

Well, since this is an FAREO thread, can we assume you work for First American? Yes that is correct.

Well, since this is an FAREO thread, can we assume you work for First American? Yes that is correct. One pronunciation Biyobe is BYOB. Did you earn this nickname in high school or college?

Recovering - you have a valid question but was the mortgage company also a real estate company? If so, I can see an advantage from their eyes. Unless Biyobe says different, how about we just let Biyobe provide answers to our general concerns rather them blasting Biyobe with a barrage of questions - just a thought. Recovering - taking away what already has happened that cannot be undone by Biyobe - I see your question as, 'How do I get more listings from FAREO?' I wish I could set Biyobe's PM box so anyone wanting to PM would have to 500 or 1000 posts first

I agree Candy - I hope members understand how people like ~J, Val and Biyobe really adds to our knowledge and understanding of their companies and the way they do business - and the business in general. Thanks for getting on board Biyobe, let me know if you need anything

I agree with you 100%. Knowledge is power... At times, I may not agree, with some of the names you mentioned. In the same breath, I don't want to see them chased off. It's like taking a class....if you learn "one new thing", then the class was worth it....the same goes for posts. There's a ton of knowledge that has been passed down in this forum, and more to come.

Welcome, I just received my 2nd Listing from FAREO this week, I am just wondering what I did that got me these listings. Was it doing FARVV BPOs? Registering and doing BPOs for RES.NET/USRES? Emailing the AMs?

So, it could be that a BPO that I did from another company led to the pre-list....

So, it could be that a BPO that I did from another company led to the pre-list.... Every time I pick up a new REO company or new manager, I always ask that question (why me?). To this day, I've never gotten a straight answer. I think previous BPO's may be the source.
