I have just listed my first property (own it), but anyways I have a question on the marketing process. I show in my notes from training that you first send out the just listed cards to your monthly mailing list & your neighbors. Then on the 3rd week you send brochures to your spheres? Does this sound right? How about the Open House invitations? Thanks a bunch, I am setting up my agenda.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
