Txsdar Junior Member Registered: 06/30/05 Posts: 3 Loc: Texas	I have inherited 1/2 interest in my parents home in Colorado Spring, CO. I want to sell my half. My brother inherited the other half. I am Executor of the estate. He has not followed thru on buying me out. Is it possible to sell 1/2 interest.

Txsdar Junior Member Registered: 06/30/05 Posts: 3 Loc: Texas	I sent a letter through an attorney to him saying that exact thing. He has 60 days from today to respond. Can a sale be forced? Thank you so much for responding. Txsdar
