One thing I noticed was that I almost missed the fact that the pretty image in the center was a video because there was no "play" button visible. I just happened to click on the image & a video started playing.

It might be a good to have a triangle "play" icon on the video, or show the play/pause buttons at the bottom of the image. That could possibly reduce your bounce rate, which *might* increase your SEO. (There are mixed opinions about whether time spent on site helps with SEO, but it certainly can't hurt.)

I've been working on it so long that it's hard to see where improvements are needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to check things out!

Overall, I agree that the cost is a bit high, except I know doing an in house IDX is costly. It takes several hours to code and break apart the RETS server info stream into the correct fields and to populate a local database. That symphony of data exchange takes time and MONEY!
