So what's the deal, did anyone get their listings and start servicing them? I got all mine back and then some. The new ones I got back I submitted occupancy and no bpo task to get things going. Same thing for the ones I had in prelist.

I got 3 transferred to me from 2 different local agents. I guess they weren't signed up with AHMSI. Good for me I guess! :o)

someone must of gotten all of mine even being registered with AHMSI.:0(. Very, very sad.... looking to build my business...again....

I received all of mine back + 1. Okay well let me be more precise. Of the CRL properties that went to AHMSI...I received those back. I have two that were going to CMI to be serviced through USRES...I'm still hunting those down. Even though I am registered with them and have listed/sold their properties before I don't trust it. If I don't have them back by now...it's not looking too good.

They tried to close it last friday hoping to get the signed hud, it didn't come. So now we are looking at possibly having to re close this when they decide to get moving on these files. I am so frustrated with this!

Well that bodes well for me since there are quite a few brokers in my area that are not signed up with AHMSI that were working for Citi. Guess I will be getting more listings... :o)

Was one #24 something? If so, lucky you and stupid me. Occupancy checks since last summer and it was supposed to go to lockout last week (prob delayed due to transfer)so I was sooooo close.

I'm not "active" on DARES for some reason so lost it. ughh....
