Then what is it that is calculated, for example you take the average sales price per square footage and multiply that by the homes square footage. Am i understanding that right??
Both correct. However keep in mind it only gives you ball park. You need to place it out there and see what the buyers are saying. Plus look at trends. Is the market trending up and or down.
