I'm just trying to get the word out about my parent's home for sale. It seems that it just isn't getting seen by the right market. It is on the golf course in Rayburn Country and Sam Rayburn lake is very close by. It might appeal to a retiree or someone who would like a vacation home in the area.

The MLS ID is 32590. This is in East Texas, so I'm not sure if realtors in Texas have access to all listings in Texas. My dad would like to offer a bonus to the buyer's agent, but he's not sure if that's legal in Texas.
