What type of training do they provide. Generating leads is the most important issue for real estate agents. You need to understand the laws, practices, and procedures. No leads, no business, no commission.
Understand all of the fees you will be required to pay.
There isn't much else that needs to be said in this thread, IMO. Training, splits, costs, and supervision.... I can't think of anything else.
But, I can think of a question new agents ought to be asking themselves: Am I willing to prospect daily for business. Without a definite 'YES!' answer, there is nothing any broker could do to help a new new agent.
