I am owing some warehouses in United Kingdom and as a result i was thinking on investing on them. However with the recent global banking collabse and the economical crisis i think that my properties will not be profitable from an investment point of you. I am thinking to renew the leases instead of building some houses and wait for a market recover..

If someone has a better idea please let me know.

I would just sign another lease agreement on them, and keep bringing in some cash flow. It's not the right time to be trying to sell ANYTHING, so if you can ride out this economic mess with a lease on your properties (and thus someone else paying the mortgage), by all means do it.
Good luck,

I guess, in my point of view, you need the expertise of property management agents or real estate agents. Seek their advise on this issue.

Hi,

Experienced foreclosure investors may work in various stages, but the possibility of making a transaction with the house owner is no longer possible after the property is an REO. Please visit for details: http://www.m3reo.com/

Dear Friend,

I have been following closely our clients' enquiries and searches in the past few months and I found that Taiwan properties interest you all most. That is why I spent the last week making a short list of the top Taiwan properties for sale in Taiwan that we currently offer.

I have rich experience in the field of real estate as I have personally sold more than 1,000 properties priced between 1,000 EUR and 9,000,000 EUR and our company has already sold over 11,000 properties.

I want to be as brief as possible, so enjoy Taiwan PROPERTIES’ Top 13. We also have many other properties including beach front apartments from as little as 750 EUR per sq.m. So if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly by e-mail at any time.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards
