I've used these three. i've had some troubles with maxim door knobs not locking. $600-$650 order gets you free shipping with each of them.

I use MFS SUPPLY and have had great luck. There lockboxes are around $12 and they are the hinged ones which are easier to use than the lockboxes that have the removable front. They have good customer service and use FedEx to ship. I think they have a $600 free shipping offer as well. Good luck.

I disagree that MFS supply and bargain locks are good. I'm a Realtor, and have had trouble wth the boxes i got through them (or ones left on my listings with their logos on them). You can dial the correct code and they jam and won't open, especially in humid weather.
NVMS now has a store, and they have lockboxes alpha and numeric for 10.95 each (I haven't had trouble with these), and locksets at 4.75 and down, based on quantity.
I think their free shipping is at a $500 order.
I deal with Jason there, and he's been very helpful and informative. Ask for him, if you can! And no, I am not affiliated with them in any manner, other than my husband having done some work for them and us placing orders...

I've bought lock boxes from just about every manufacturer. MFS is the way to go, I've had NO problems at all with them. They're so cheap I leave them on the property if it's any distance from the office. The fieldservicewarehouse referenced above has a similar product but the code change lever on the outside resulted in accidental code changes.

I agree with JackREO. MFS has a good lockbox. So does US Hardware Supply. Just a simple black box where the code is changed from the inside, no fancy designs or gadgets on the outside.

Nu-Set lockboxes are great, too, though. You need a key to change the code, which is even better. But they're almost double the price of the plain box.

Hi all
I have used nu-set lock boxes and like the quality. The price is a little high and the key seems to get lost. I use bargain locks lockboxes, I like the price but do not like there logo on the lockbox. I use more 3 letter than 4 number.

Both have had issues when in the field for a long time but nothing serious, more of operator error.

Hey Linda
I try to keep the keys in the boxs, some realtors loose them while showing the property.

Mostly I never get back the box.

I write off the lockbox cost but best case is to recover box and sale it again, right

I was actually talking about the key to the lockbox itself. Take the key to the lockbox with you but leave the house keys behind.

I can see how you might have misunderstood what I wrote. I had to read it twice myself. Duh.....
