Our Asset Management has asked that we setup/pay the utilities on an REO that we provided PP services. As a realtor, I have done this before and did not mind for the commissions of the sale, was well worth the upfront expense of handling the utilities for a few months, but now working as a PP vendor, this seems like a lot of upfront cost and time as a vendor. I asked for payment to cover our time in the setting up the utilities, but was declined.

If anyone is handling utilities (as a property preservation vendor), please share with me, if your getting paid for your time and roughly what amount (per property) your receiving, if any. Thanks
