Being at the bottom of the market (or close to it) here in the U.S. has awesome potential! Nevada and California lead the U.S. in foreclosures and people are starting to buy them up for much less than their worth! Opportunities abound in market troughs, where the peaks catch speculative investors and they lose their pants! Hence part of the reason for our "crisis"! Real estate goes down in value sometimes too!
