Do you know how to qualify or understand the difference in qualification and approval? Do you know the steps necessary to close? Do you know what you need to do to protect your own interest? Do you understand what cost are in closing and what are standard and customary in your area and what are negotiable? Do you understand how to even read a Hud-1? Do you know how to mitigate post closing problems? Do you know how to process and Escrow deposit? Do you know what to do if problems develop before closing, at closing or post closing? Do you understand your obligations to disclose?
