I have been a in the closet watcher of this REO Property Preservation board, just watching and learning from you all. You all are so smart :rockon:.
I have read the post regarding some of the national PP's & how some are ok & some are not so great. I was contacted by First American Field Services today. The recruiter was very nice, fast talking, but helpful. He stated all the work they had for my area & how I was gonna get orders asap. ( :o ) I am so use to working with brokers/realtors & would like to make a move to the national pp's as a vendor. But after all I have heard about some of the nationals, I did not know rather to run like heck from him or take it. I am in no way scared of the work, but I don't wanna waste my time ither. If anyone can give me a little heads up on any experiences. I'd rather watch paint dry or fall off a curb than waste my time & crews time with a bad company. Thanks.

Thanks DelCidsRealty, but I have already did that. I was looking for more of a personal experience from maybe some of the people on this board if they had any. I got some good background info on the yahoo boards reagrding them (old posts), but I know here you guys are gonna tell it like it is. Thanks though. i am gonna try to google them again.

I've done a small amount of work for them and have not had a problem.

What DelCids meant was not to search Yahoo! but to use THIS forums's search feature. It's right over there on the left. And quotation marks are your friends. If you don't use them, and you type in First American, you will get every post ever made (not really). Exactly what you say you are looking for is already here...
