I'm a small time trash out guy who is losing to the one size fits all national PP's. I think the big guys subcontract out there trash outs. Does anyone know if this is true? Or am I wasting my time?

The National Preservation Companies usually have vendors whom do not just the trashouts. The vendor usually does the rekey/secure, initial and routine lawn maintenance and any work necessary to get the property in a saleable condition. If trashout and debris removal is all you do, you may try to get in contact with a vendor for the PP Company in your area and see if they can use your services for trashouts only.

I may be wrong but I dont think a national PP Company will sign you up to conduct debris removal only.

Trash out is our primary business. we do rekeys and secure for some re agents who ask. We have done lawn care also for agents as a favor. I think I should not be so narrow minded and open myself up to a wider range of services. Trash outs kept us busy for a cuple of years with the houseing boom from sellers. I should of got in tighter with re agents along the way.
P.S. thanks for the quick reply
