I have info on a Condo for sale located in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead). 2BR/2BA priced at 312K, Gated community. If any one can help me move it, let me know.

Good luck on that one there were 2 many condos built by builders in buckhead and they are oversaturated and not moving in the area,there are some going in the 200's so 312k seems a little steep,maybe you should get the owner to rent it out until the market there picks back up.

Are you working in the Buckhead Area?

I work in cherokee and cobb county mainly but do other areas as well buckhead is about 30 minutes from me my partner does buckhead,gwinnett,duluth and that area occasionaly i will do a deal down there if it's a refferal from a client.

Alot of people in that area are getting into mansionizing especially around west paces ferry rd,what they'll do is buy an older mansion that is say on 5 acres,demo it,and then put a new bigger mansion on it and jack up the price and make a huge profit,the hilton company is doing alot of them on this road that way.

I have many friends in buckhead that specifically work the condos,so even though i don't work the area much i like to keep a pulse on what's happening there.

If you have people thinking about investing canton,ga is where it's going to be at the next couple of years.They are working right now on the bluffs technology parkway that will have mixed office space of over half a miilion square feet which is slated to create 14,000 new jobs in the canton area within the next ten years,there is also going to be a dick's sporting goods,kohls,target,office max,and bookstore in the next 1 to 2 years.Alot of investors are stearing clear of buckhead as it is tapped out for the most part in values,in other words the price of the property would make the mortgage so high you wouldn't get any rent overage and possibly be in the hole each month paying the mortgage.

People are looking to woodstock and canton to be the next buckheads in terms of growth in the next 5 to 10 years,if you have specific questions you can e-mail.thanks joel
