I have a contract on my listing. It will close on 12/15, but the buyers agent hand wrote the contract & it's a bit messy. He is asking me if I could type it up for him that the bank needs a more eligable copy. I have the originals, which were faxed to me and they are readable. Anyhow, my contract has our logo on them, I don't think I should be helping them do their paperwork since that is their job.
Has anyone been in this situation?

When did you become the buyers agent secretary? If it needs to be done to close the deal get it done its called taking care of your clients but its not your place to do the paperwork for the buyers agent. If worst comes to worst tell the buyers agent to bring a blank copy of their contract and the buyers to your office and you will fill it out for them and have them sign it.
