In our area, there are discount realtors popping up all over the place, as well as websites, & companies opening regularly to assist the FSBO in selling their home themselves. It makes it really hard to list a FSBO. I've been door knocking, and just offering to do whatever I can to help them; make flyers, CMA's, etc. Some take advantage of those offers, but so far that's all that's happened...taken advantage. It's real frustrating to me. I haven't given up, and keep on knocking on the doors, and then follow up with calls and/or mailings, even go back to their door, and just check to see how things are going, and offer to assist them again. Still no listing. BUMMER!!

I do my reverse phone searches on whitepages.com and have pretty good results. Also if you have the property address or the sellers name you can look thier info up in tax records. I have had better luck with FSBOS sending letters than door knocking or calling.

So, is there a particular format, or some special content, that you think is a good one for FSBO's?
