Hello everyone. I have been thinking for some time now about starting my own property preservation company. At first I will only be doing basics. Like trash outs, grass cuts and some lock changes along with interior clean-up or bi weekly clean up and cuts. I had decided to wait for the start of the new Year. Well, here we are and I am getting ready to go. I am about to apply for a business license , but can not think of a property preservation name. I was wondering that maybe my fellow forum members might give me a hand. Come up with a good name that I could use and if I pick one of your names I will send you guys a small thank you gift and give you credit on my website. I'll give it about Thursday or sooner and they contest of sorts will be over. So hopefully by then I would have found a name I liked.

Thanks real agent. After some agonizing back and forth between three names I had liked. I finally decided to stick with the one you had mentioned. LOL. Thanks a lot guys appreciate the rooting and also the generosity and humbleness in not wanting, nor needing credit. Either way I do appreciate the help with naming the company. I was wondering if those of you who have PP CO’s. Do most of your companies have E&O and GL. Can you get by with just E&O or is it a good idea to have both. I am looking into different companies, but thought I would see what your thoughts were on this.

If you think about doing a logo, I have a great company that did my RE logo, online. They did an excellent job, and the price was great.

Keep it simple,
In the long run it wont matter, your loyalty will.
