Oh my gosh, my parents bought a lot at Bella Vista back in the early 90's!!! For about $10,000; and sold it for about $10,000 a few years later. What is going on down there?!!!

--A Not much obviously. Price reductions of that caliber are a sure sign that the properties were either overpriced originally, sub-prime lots or the owner is really desperate to sell! If your parents bought a lot equal to the ones being offered now, 10+ years ago and the market has not appreciated ABOVE what they paid, it's a dead development. Sorry to sound so harsh, yet there must be a reason & it's not because they don't want to make the $20,900. Scott

If you are selling lots at 9,000 and could not sell them at 29,900 are you really selling 29,900 lots for 9,000? Sellers do not set the price buyers set the price. If the lots are so limited why drop the price by 67% only drop it 95% and watch them fly out the door! By the way I know of a 3 bedroom ranch that is for sale it could go for over 500,000 but for you I could get it for only 100,000!
