If you work for them, you got an email with the information a few days ago, most likely on Tuesday.

bpoguy. If you had lost the e-mail with the link or something you should have said so. But how you asked for the website it was like you were hunting for information to sign up. Which is frowned upon here.

I didn't receive the Countrywide email. They have my old email on file and I have requested they change it, but that has not occurred yet.

Could you please provide me with the new link. I have 2 orders in my queue that need to be completed.

Thank you,

Jeremy

I was in the middle of inputting and when I hit save, a popup with password and username came up. Now I can't get in. WTH? The user name has the website addy in it. If I try to take that part out, it just puts it back in. lol. Anybody have a work around yet? I just closed one out fine about 20 minutes ago.

Same thing is happening to me now. I completed three this morning on the new site, left for a while, then when I got back I can no longer login! I get this error message: This Username was not found in the system.
UGH!

Since you can't get anyone on a good day, this is probably a stupid question, but has anyone spoken with anyone there about this?

ETA: Nevermind; they're closed.

When y'all try to enter the site, and you put in your user name and password, is it clearing the fields out, like you've typed in an incorrect password?

But by when? After all our orders are reassigned?

They reassigned one on me last week, and it was because they hadn't gotten correct access info back to me. I emailed them; kept in touch with them - the whole nine yards.

I got on the next morning and it was gone.
