I think instead of posting when there are problems with CW, everybody should post when it works. The thread would be shorter.

Old cw site does not open for me. I get "user name not found in the system." I've tried several pcs at home and work.
The new site opens with my same user id today with orders active that were due in March (and completed) but no others.
The funny thing is I can open the old site on my BB using the same login (no records for active or new orders).
I realize they're working through issues with the transition to the new site.
Is anyone else experiencing similar quirky issues?

Finally got it to work by doing a pw change, but didn't get any prompt to do so. The new site was live on Friday & Saturday for a few hrs. Suppose we can expect some funkyness for a bit.

Back to the direct deposit. I signed up with them two weeks ago thinking that I would get paid faster. I have been paid once since then unlike the people who are receiving two deposits a week, there must be have been extra step that I needed to take or somthing.

I just logged into the new site. Shows I have pending orders from March. Ones I've completed. I'm sure the new site isn't ready to go yet. They have until Friday evening.

I just logged into the site. It shows an order that I just completed on the old site tonight. It shows one other that has been filled in on the old site but not submited, and a 3rd order from the old site. I have 4 or 5 others from the old site that aren't showing up on the new site.

I'm afraid to work on orders tonight - thinking they will get erased and I'll have to input all over again. Does anyone know what will happen with the orders we completed today on the old site that are showing up as not completed?

Yikes! I don't want to spend 3 hours getting pics in the am for those 5 orders that are now on the old site and not the new, but will likely 'disappear' when the new site is up tomorrow.

I have decided to take a break from all the site issues. I am concerned something may get lost during migration and I HATE doing work 2X (who doessnt).

Changes take place 6pm PST today. I will check back Sat or Sun and start work then.

TGIF!!!

oh, got paid up to date for April...

Any issues with Direct Deposit, call the number on the form. I have spoken to their AP department, easy to talk to and get things resolved...

The number is right on the form...
