same here. I think it is because they got their email notifications fixed. Many agents who never checked their que are now getting notifications. God, I hope that's not the case. I've been doing a LOT for them the past 3 months. 26 so fat this month, then it just dropped off today.

I was thinking that they added their own agents after the website was updated which happened recently, as soon as that happened my numbers decreased. That's possible too but I didn't notice my drop off till today. I emailed them and my account is in good order, but they did mention the newly fixed email notifications woke up a lot of agents. Oh well, hopefully my drop off won't be too bad.

What steph said, the worse ones are the ones who have tenants that aren't cooperative.

BPO6000, When I contacted bpohelp about a similar order with that contact info they responded with a copy of an email that they sent to the same address. So we are at 4 emails to the same addess. Today is day three and still no response. I suspect this order has been reassigned several times judging by it's number. The next interior had "any any" written in the contact frame. Luckily it's in MLS. The third has the owners name but no contact info. Unlisted number. I have considered getting a P.I. license but not for BPOing! Jim

Tenants are still living in the house. For what possible purpose? When I've told tenants that the home has been/is being foreclosed on, they've been furious. The last person who would want to talk to them would be the previous landlord, who is pocketing the rent without paying the mortgage. Why would a tenant go to bat for a landlord? I'm just curious as to the line of thought.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
