I would like to know what are the opinions on this forum about investing in real estate in the Czech Republic (please look at www.bp-invest.cz ). Are there interested potential investors on this forum and if not, than how can we find interested private investors ?
Returns on Investment of 15 to 20 % per year can easily and passively be achieved with good security. We have selected good buildings, but for us the problem is to find private investors.
Please let me know if you have good ideas or if you are interested yourself to make an investment in the Czech market.
