Since they are new, I question paying $79 to MAYBE get some litings. If they had a section of their website with their inventory I would be more inclined to take the jump, but they seem to be holding their info a little too close to the vest for my taste. If they invited me to join and could show me they had business in my area I may try it.

I signed up but nothing yet. I am guessing they are establishing a clientelle and hopefully within the next year we see some kind of action.

The principals of this company are REO vets that went out on their own. I've seen it many times, some succeed, many fail.
It's a matter of trust. I took the gamble figuring it's a pretty cheap wager on the pass line

Did anyone who signed up get any listings? I didn't like how their website didn't have a link to listings available. I didn't think that was a good sign.

I personally met Claudia (owner) a couple times. I visited her office in March when I was in CO and saw her again at REOMAC. They were just in the process of setting up shop when I went to their office in March. There were only couple of employees at that time and they didn't have any clients yet. She's a nice lady and seems to be a straight shooter. She's been around the industry for a long time and seems to have a lot of contacts. We chatted for about a half hr. She said they didn't have clients yet, but they were starting to aggressively pursue their marketing and knew it wouldn't come overnite. I hope they make it. I'll give her a call next week to see how they are doing and update here on the forum. Personally, I think they are struggling a bit. I hope they make it!

I received this email from them yesterday. Looks like they are adding staff.

SafeHaus Asset Management is pleased to announce the newest member of its elite staff, Jeffrey A. Dowden who will serve as the SafeHaus Director of REO Services. Most recently, Jeff was a Portfolio Manager at First American REO Servicing and has over ten years of experience in the REO Industry. Please take a moment to read about Jeff and SafeHaus at the link below and welcome him to the SafeHaus team.

I've completed several BPO's for them in the last 2 weeks on the ResNet portal. The order stated that the Asset Management Company's name was SAM. I couldn't located the initials on the internet anywhere. Now I know that this is the company. But one question? If I've signed up and paid for ResNet to get listings, why would I have to pay SAM again to get listings. I thought that was the reason for signing up with ResNet. Everybody is trying to make some money! Damn!

Are you saying that Safehaus gave you a BPO order thru RESNET and they are making you sign up for SAM to do the BPO??? SAM has a course and certificate for their REO agents but if the BPO order came thru Safehaus, then what and why is SAM charging you something. SAM handles FNMA/Freddie properties. Can you be more specific regarding your post?

OK...So here is the question? Paid for a "technolgy fee" for a full year $79.00. Now the year is up (and by the way not one single listing & my market was flooded with REO's) and now they tried to automatically charge me another $79 for the next year? What is the technolgy fee paying for? There are no listings!

Hello boys and girls, We have a new word today. That word is "Incomdectomy". Can you say "Incomedectomy"? That is very good.

Do you know what in incomedectomy is? That's right, that is where someone removes some of your income with your permission.

It is kind of like when they take out you appendix. No one knows what it is for but they know they can get money for removing it.

It's a beautiful day in my neighborhood.........
